Senator Bruce Tarr visits RMS Today

This morning Massachusetts State Senator Bruce Tarr met with the entire Rockport Middle School to discuss energy policy, our dependence on fossil fuels, and how Massachusetts could become a leader in our use of green energy.  Senator Tarr's visit was arranged after Thomas B. a Rockport Middle School 8th Grader wrote to the Senator as part of a community outreach project in his 21st Century Skills Class.  Thomas asked the Senator if he would like to visit us and the Senator agreed.  In preparation for the visit, Thomas solicited questions from throughout the Middle School student body.  Thank you to Thomas for making this visit a reality and thank you to Senator Tarr for making time in his busy schedule to meet with all of us!
